West German Handled Jug 70 28 with Lava Glaze

This is one of my favourite West German finds to date! The curved shape of this jug is so striking, especially paired with the bold orange flash of lava glaze across the middle *chefs kiss*. Made in the late 60s/70s by Walter Gerhards. It also features a beautiful curved handle and lip for pouring. The shape is unusual, bold and perfect for a mid-century home.

This piece stands 29cm tall and 17cm at it's widest point. Stamped on the bottom '70-28'.

In fantastic condition, no chips, cracks or marks.
